Gill and Steve could not have chosen a more idyllic setting to have a wedding than Tylney Hall, which sits on 66 acres of beautiful gardens in Hampshire. I was fortunate enough to be the photographer chosen to capture this special event and document the memories into a keepsake they will have forever.

Gill, the glamorous bride, had chosen to get ready at home. The pre-wedding photos were fun and natural with the easy-going atmosphere the focus of the pictures; giving real depth to the photography.

For me a great wedding setting is a real gift and Tylney Hall is one of the best. Lush well- maintained gardens invited the guests to relax and enjoy the day. The steps outside the house were perfect for group pictures as was the lawn for mingling with a Pimms in hand. This serene atmosphere promoted relaxed and natural photos which were a pleasure to take!

All in all, it was a fantastic day with some beautiful photos to show for it. One of my favourite moments was taking a golf buggy trip down to the lake for a few shots with a view back up to the hotel. This made a stunning setting even easier to capture because we couldn’t stop laughing.

I try to blend into the background so I can take the most authentic and natural photos as possible; but at this wedding I felt like one of the guests. The photography easily captured the strong friendship shared by the bride and groom with their friends and family.
